The Machinery Sector has entered the Turkish Century by continuously increasing its investments, increasing its exports and developing for the last 3.5 years. With the target of Production-Export-Employment in the New Century, the machinery sector will carry our country much further than where it is with its employment of over 400 thousand and more than 54 thousand entrepreneurs.

The machinery sector, which increased its exports by 11 percent in 2022 compared to the previous year, has achieved an increase of over 70 percent in its exports in the last 5 years despite all the crises experienced in our nearby geography and the pandemic process experienced globally.

Turkish machinery manufacturers, which exported at the level of 25 billion dollars in 2022, realized exports reaching 21 billion dollars in the first three quarters of 2023, and we expect it to close 2023 with an export figure of over 27 billion dollars. The machinery sector, which increased its labor productivity by 7.3 percent in 2022, achieved a 7 percent higher productivity increase than the general manufacturing sector.
